This module allows you to request and store indirect tax exemption certificates from your customers, and issue them to your vendors. ExCert covers all U.S. states, Canada and the PST provinces, many tax types, and the common exemption reasons.
Workflow Manager is used for controlling the workflow of common tasks performed by the tax department in a business, separated by business function (based on task lifecycle) using Trackers. The currently available Trackers include Audit Tracker and Notice Tracker, which provide the ability to track all audits and notices received from taxing jurisdictions throughout their lifecycles, and Assignment Tracker, which provides tracking of common activities like tax registrations, voluntary disclosure agreements, and research projects.
